UFLEX srl was founded in 1987, to coordinate the sales and marketing activities of the Ultraflex Group, which has been active in several markets, in addition to the nautical one, since 1935.

Over the years, Uflex has developed and updated a catalog of production and distribution of accessories that today includes some of the most prestigious and recognized brands in the nautical industry, such as Veratron, Marinco, BEP Marine, Eneon, Velair and Halyard, which have chosen Uflex as their exclusive partner for the distribution of their products in the recreational and professional boating market.

Uflex, thanks to its current structure, is able to offer its customers complete technical-commercial, pre- and post-sales support, ready availability of catalog products and the most up-to-date technical solutions concerning, among other things, power generation, steering and engine control systems and air conditioning systems.

Uflex carefully selects the brands it represents and distributes, favoring those with high technical content, such as the new VELAIR line of compact air conditioners with inverter technology, developed by the company’s in-house R&D department.

Uflex is now a leading name in the global marine market and a reliable partner for boat builders, shipyards and operators.

Uflex, in addition, has joined the European Regional Development Fund Axis 3 “Business Competitiveness (OT3)” Notice of implementation of Action 3.1.1 “Aid for investment in machinery, equipment and intangible assets and accompaniment of processes of business organization and restructuring” – Digitization of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, thanks to which it was able to ensure the continuity of business activities through the mode of agile work (smart working) as a result of the COVID-19 emergency.
